Eric J. Moutz
Eric J. MoutzMr. Moutz has practiced law in the area of complex commercial litigation for almost 20 years. Eric J. Moutz earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. with highest honors, from Ohio Northern University. While at the University of Michigan, Mr. Moutz was part of a team that won the United States national championship in the Jessup Moot Court Competition, won an award of excellence in the oral advocacy program, and was an assistant editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. During law school, Mr. Moutz clerked for the Ohio Fifth District Court of Appeals in Canton, Ohio.
Over the course of Mr. Moutz's career, he has handled a wide variety of litigation matters including contract disputes, partnership disputes, securities and fraud cases, construction defect cases, real estate disputes, and employment matters. Mr. Moutz has also represented parties in matters pending before the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Colorado Division of Securities, and Colorado Marijuana Authority, and other state and local administrative agencies.
