In addition to handling litigation, we actively counsel businesses on compliance with federal and state laws, interface with regulatory agencies on behalf of our clients, as well as conduct internal investigations into possible or alleged misconduct. For example, Eric assists clients in responding to inquiries from state and local government agencies, including the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Colorado Division of Securities, and Colorado Department of Revenue.  Eric has represented both private and public companies in compliance and regulatory matters.
