What Sets Us Apart?
Strategy. Cases are best resolved by attorneys who are ready and able to effectively tell their client’s story. I build a solid base of evidence and a persuasive theory of the case begins before a matter is ever filed. This work continues through targeted discovery, intelligent motion practice, and strong trial presentation. Litigation is like chess, and today’s decision will impact tomorrow’s options. Lawyers who can think ahead of their opponents win cases and force settlements. Throughout this process, I strive to maintain a level of integrity and technical skill that builds credibility with the court, the jury, and opposing counsel.
Technology. I rely heavily on technology to review, organize and present your evidence. I strive to be ready to try any case with just a laptop. I organize case files, documents, and information electronically so that one attorney can master a client file. I also offer you the opportunity (in cases that would benefit from it) to use third-party AI analysis to support (but never replace) attorney work. I believe in being personally responsible for all material aspects of a client matter from intake through trial. This allows me to use information more quickly. Faster integration of information is better preparation, and better preparation wins cases and forces settlements.
Results. I know that my clients come to my firm for results. I begin every matter by defining the client’s goals and working with them to outline a plan to achieve them. Another important part of my results-oriented focus is a focus on early case evaluation and organization. Many times, the best results go to the best prepared parties. Just as often, the most important decision you will make with your attorney is whether your case is worth filing at all. I work with you at all stages in this process to make sure that you understand your options.
